Firstly, it's so refreshing to have a decent white space to content ratio! It makes all your content pop out, makes your texts super easy to read and an gives overall pleasant visual experience.

Secondly, we're thinking about the artwork for your releases, posters for gigs and any other visuals you may use. With the white background you won't have to worry if the website color matches yours, because it will. Furthermore, you can choose to play with the font colors if you want and change them if you feel like it.
